Congrats!

Mr. Springer came to us in 2013 looking to purchase an existing home for his family. After showing him several properties in the Orlando and Kissimmee areas, he was unable to find a home that truly meets his needs. We then proposed the possibility of purchasing a newly built home. After showing the benefits, cost and savings in comparison to the existing homes. He decided that owing a new home was the best option.

Mr. Springer is now the proud owner of an amazing new home in Bellalago, a resort style gated community.

Top Spring Cleaning Tips!

Spring Cleaning Tips:

Spring cleaning removes the dust and grimes that build up each winter.  Many people skip the time honored ritual of spring cleaning. But it's important. Spring cleaning can be good for your health as well as leave your home sparkling clean.

1) Clean Ceiling Fans: Clean dust off ceiling fans, place an old pillowcase over the blade. Push down while pulling the pillowcase off the blade. This technique removes the dust while eliminating the mess.

2) Removing Dust from The Walls: Remove the dust from your walls by spraying water on a microfiber mop and lightly mopping the walls of the room, including behind the couch and over hidden spots. You will save hours over the traditional method of hand-washing your walls, and have the same result.

3) Cleaning the Kitchen Floors: To protect the floors in your kitchen from another year of wear and tear, wax or apply a sealer following label directions. The simplest method: Use a combination wash-and-wax floor cleaner. Don’t feel guilty about saving time!

No-wax floors don’t need a polishing treatment, but an occasional makeover will keep them looking fresher—and add a protective buffer that could help them last longer. Use a floor cleaner that cleans, shines, or both. It’s best to follow label directions for proper use of each product. If you have wood floors, move furniture and rugs aside, then apply a wood cleaner and either liquid or paste polish to clean and add a new wax coating.

4)  Clean Upholstered Furnishings: Take cushions outside and gently beat them by hand to remove dust. If there are stains, check the pieces for care labels. Use a vacuum’s upholstery and crevice tools to clean under seat cushions.

5) Clean Window Treatments: Many draperies and curtains are machine washable; check labels. Dry-clean fabric shades. Wipe wooden blinds with a damp cloth; warm water mixed with a mild dishwashing liquid is safe for metal and vinyl blinds.

6) Dust Books and Shelves: Take everything off the shelves, and brush shelves and books with a feather duster. Use the dust-brush or crevice tool on a vacuum to reach into tight spots. Wipe the spines of leather-bound books with a clean, soft cloth.
